- Deflection Settings: Define topics the AI agent should avoid discussing (e.g., competitors, politics).
- Welcome Flow: Customize the greeting and starter questions to guide initial interactions.
- Persona Prompt: Directly edit the underlying prompt that defines the AI agent's personality and behavior.

How does Napster Spaces access and understand website content?
Napster Spaces uses a sophisticated approach to access website content:
- When creating a Space from a website URL, the system analyzes the site's content to generate appropriate personas.
- During conversations, the AI agent (Avatar) performs real-time searches within the domain to retrieve accurate information.
- The system doesn't simply spider the entire website once; instead, it works like a human customer service agent, actively searching the domain in real-time to find answers.
- This approach ensures the agent always has access to the most current information as the website updates.
This creates a more dynamic and accurate experience than traditional chatbots that rely on static training data.
How is it integrated with existing websites?
Napster Spaces offers three flexible integration options:
- Avatar (agent) Only: A floating assistant in the corner of the webpage (most common enterprise implementation) added via iFrame.
- Embeddable Module: An embedded section that includes the Avatar (agent) with optional information cards added via iFrame.
- Full Experience: A standalone URL with complete immersive experience including background environment.
Integration requires minimal technical work - a simple embed code that can be added to any website that allows iFraming.
Will it hallucinate?
The system is grounded in your uploaded and ingested content and guard-rails keep answers on-source. Like any AI, however, occasional hallucinations are possible. Use FAQs and prompt controls to minimize this in your set-up.
Can the agent take actions or does it only chat?
Today, your agent answers questions from the knowledge you upload and from viewing your website. Secure API calls—like updating carts or booking meetings—are on the roadmap and will drop later this year.
Is this just another RAG chatbot?
No. Napster Spaces runs a live agentic pipeline that crawls your site in real time, reasons about visitor intent, and then responds. Unlike traditional retrieval-augmented AI systems that rely on static knowledge bases, Spaces runs an agentic AI that actively reviews your site in real-time during each conversation. This means every reply includes the freshest content available—even content that was just updated moments ago.
Spaces doesn't simply retrieve pre-indexed information; it actively searches your domain like a human customer service agent would, finding the most relevant and current information for each query. This approach ensures that responses remain accurate even as your website content changes, without requiring retraining or re-indexing.
What integration options are currently available and/or planned?
Napster Spaces will soon offer function calling capabilities that allow integration with your existing systems through API connections. Upcoming integrations in our near-term roadmap include:

What are the technical requirements for implementation?

Where do I find analytics on usage?
After publishing, basic analytics (sessions, durations, summaries and transcripts) will be visible from the dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Napster Spaces runs entirely on Microsoft Azure and is GDPR-ready, SOC 2 Type II, and CSA STAR compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
