Napster View doesn’t show my Companion in the call window. What should I check?

First, confirm macOS sees the device: System Settings → Displays should list “Napster View.” Then in the App, click Unmute to start the session. If your Mac already uses its maximum external displays, disconnect another external monitor and reconnect View directly.
