Cancel anytime: Go to Account → Billing → Preferences, then select Cancel Subscription. Your remaining minutes stay active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans can be cancelled at any time; you keep access for the remaining months, but we do not issue prorated refunds (except where local law requires).
Hour Packs are one‑time purchases—they never expire and are non‑refundable once used.
14‑day cooling‑off period (EU/UK, when available): If you’re in a region with mandatory cooling‑off law, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not consumed more than 30 minutes of talk‑time.
